Our production uses up to 80 tonnes of paper per day. The use of Timson Rotary Presses makes it easy to vary the formats, enabling us to approach your products in a flexible and efficient way. We can handle variable cut-off's from 10.5 x 17.5 cm up to 21.0 x 29.7 cm.
Printing towers are available for:
· small formats up to 18.4 cm
· medium formats up to 21.8 cm
· dictionary-sized formats up to 24.2 cm
· large formats up to A4
We are especially capable of printing in 2/2 colours on large formats.
Our flexibility also shows in the range of papers we use. We can print both the legal compendium on India paper starting at 28gsm as well as the children's book on 120gsm paper. 
Covers and dust jackets are printed on our 4-coulor Heidelberg Speedmaster facility, using sheets with a maximum size of 720 x 1020 mm.  
More important than our electronic quality control are the trained eyes of our experienced printers. They are the ones who are capable of determining the exact match to your criterions, especially when producing 4-colour-prints.

Our printers receive technical support through the connection of our 4-colour-printing machine to a pre-press facility. Colour settings of the orders are directly submitted to the printing-press. Through the calibration of proof-prints on our printing-press a highest colour fidelity is guaranteed. The proof enables you to get a precise picture of the final printing result.
